Top of the weekend to you! I hope your Saturday is off to a fabulous start…
Just popping in today to share a little bit about a Buzz Campaign I was recently asked to participate in for the new line of Be. Wines.
Before I share my opinions on the campaign though, allow me a moment to say that I believe that the decision to enjoy wine in moderation is one that is personal and should be respected, whether or not you are of the same opinion. Convictions and freedoms are rooted deep in your heart, and cannot (and should not) be imposed upon another person. I, of course, am not a proponent of drinking habitually, excessively, or illegally. Common courtesy begs that you only enjoy wine in the company of those who share the same freedom.

We now return to our regularly scheduled broadcast:
Buzz Campaigns are designed to draw attention to new products that are hitting the market when companies ask bloggers and social media gurus to help spread the word. We are compensated for our reviews with free or steeply discounted products.

When I first saw the branding for the new Be. line of wines, I thought it looked very chic, simple, and refreshing. My immediate impression of the entire concept, was how helpful the idea of associating adjectives with certain grape varietals would be, for newcomers on the wine scene. They assigned the word “Fresh” to Chardonnay, “Flirty” to Pink Moscato, “Bright” to Pinto Grigio, and “Radiant” to Riesling. Makes the choice an easy one, when you are in a certain mood but don’t know which direction to head in the sometimes-overwhelming world of wine selection! Wouldn’t these four make a great quartet for a summer home tasting?
These wines don’t have a lot of depth or complexity to them, and as such would be perfect for brunches, bridal showers, summer tasting parties, or simply for those who enjoy straightforward, fresh tasting wines.
And now, a little treat for you! Courtesy of the Buzz Campaign, I have (5) “$3 off a bottle of Be. Wine” mail-in rebate coupons to give away to the first 5 comment-ers on this post. The refund is only valid in the following states, so make sure you live in one before you comment
: GA, ID, IL, LA, MI, NE, OH, SC, VA, WA
Enjoy your weekend! And next time you’re in the market for a light refreshing wine, why not consider Be.?

Ohhh… not only a Saturday post, but a Saturday post with a coupon! Too bad I don’t live in any of the applicable states. =( I do love a little moscato on a warm weekend though. Thanks for the suggestion of a qaurtet tasting!
Oh, sad
