Somehow I seem to find myself drawn toward equestrian style articles of clothing and accessories. This little jacket is no exception. A cropped riding jacket with feminine ruffles and brass buttons, paired with a texture-filled blouse, teal chinos, and western booties = casual comfort with a little bit of an unexpected twist!

I LOVE this jacket, I use to have one VERY similar and now I wish I still had it. Hope you are having a good weekend.
Haha! Oh no! Did you get rid of it? I’ve done that before…given away a piece I just couldn’t ever find the right combo for, and then later seeing it on somebody else, and wishing it was still hanging in my closet!

Just realized I never replied to this! It got buried in my pile when we took a staycation last weekend. – Anyway, I know! Isn’t that hamster ball a great analogy? Love it. Thank you so much for your kind words. This blog re-design was such a big change, but I think I’m happy with how it’s all turned out in the end
. We did have a lovely V-day! As I mentioned, we celebrated over the weekend: chilled, slept late, got massages, took a little day trip to have lunch in Charlottesville. Just lovely
