Today I’m here to share about the new Shick Hydro Silk razor. It is incredibly moisturizing, thank to the two little aloe strips flanking either side of the razor bed that are water activated. For me, this meant that I could shave on the fly with no shaving cream/body wash/lotion involved (although they do recommend using shaving cream for best results). Anything that gives me a close, quick, safe, moisturizing shave with less fuss is a winner in my book!
Another thing I loved about this razor, was the handle design. It has its own built-in “kickstand”, so that the blades hover over wherever you put it down. No goopy stuck-to-the-shelf mess to deal with. Brilliant! No?!

Yes. Kickstand! I am actually in the market for a new razor. I’m using the husbands. Ew. TMI? I have never found a razor that is worthy of a long-term relationship in my shower…..
